Consejo antes de pagar su renovación pregunten cuánto están cobrando de Agency Fee. En 4 años nunca me habían cobrado ese Fee y ahora tuve que pagar $50, no me lo dijeron antes de hacerme el cobro sino que después cuando pregunté. Todos los sitios que cobran comisión deben notificar al cliente el valor del Fee antes de efectuar el pago, en mi caso no fue así. Llamé a Customer Services y me indicaron que cada agencia de AMAX tiene diferente tarifa de Fee, a veces es más de $50 y otras menos. ALERTAS!!!!?
