Very happy with the process Edit: Not the GM being incompetent, being hung up on 5 times in 2 days... given incorrect information twice, told I would be given a call back and I had to call them back and NOBODY knew who I talked to benefits the 6 people left no notes on my account in 2 days of frustration... canceled
