It’s a Great insurance agency, However. I’m extremely disappointed that Heidi/ Haidi what ever her name is , could not distinguish her client from a vagrant and make the decision to allow her client bathroom access during an emergency. According to her it’s employees only . Which is respectfully understandable, however. She can’t make a professional decision and allow the client access under a one time emergency superceding policy. My lawyer will be contacting regional management .

I have been getting my liability insurance through Amax for over 5 years. I had 3 vehicles insured at the same time. Every time my policy would expire they would raise the rates on me. I would tell them I am an excellent driver with no accidents or tickets for over 10 years. I did not understand why I have been a good customer to them for all these years just to get higher rates every 6 months.
