Don’t even know where to start!’ I promised I would be nice, I will just use initial’s, on March 10 th I was left hanging by J who never reached back out to me with an issue pending with a policy she sold me and her version was “I called him back “ and she did. I called her back within 30secs and she did not answer. I left a message for her to call me back and instead of her calling me back on her way out of the office to go home “J” pawned me off to an awesome supervisor by the name of (TIFFANY) before the office closed.
