Suleika and Claudia make this office feel like family. I was hospitalized over the Christmas Holidays and did not return their calls. They were so kind and professional and looked after myself account while I was gone. They are proactive and always on top of things. I have never had such great customer service and I have been around a while. I will never take my insurance anywhere else.Â

This so called "insurance company" is a complete failure. First, we had to get two quotes because they lost our first quote. Then we were promised a monthly price after the first months payment being higher (this is normal). The entire first month, several different employees consistently called stating that the insurance company they had found for us was missing information. The easiest quote process, I have ever had in my life! I loved the professionalism and the heart of caring, to find the perfect insurance company that works for mine and my families financial and safety needs. Don't come here for insurance. Horrible they quote you low prices get your deposit and first month then jack the rate up $20 a month after they get your money. Then lie to you about it and won't return your calls.Â
Careful with these people. They have the worst customer service. Someone needs to teach these people some empathy offering fake insurance quotes to try to get you to buy their insurance. You've been warnedÂ
Customer Service is awful! I have to call A-Max at least once a month for business purposes and every time I call, I'm ALWAYS put on hold for 30-40 minutes then hung up on. This has happened almost every time I've called and it's incredibly frustrating and inconsiderate.
