This insurance agency is unethical - their insured hit us and because they are not responding, the insurance carrier is refusing to repair our vehicle. How is this even legal? There is a police report that confirms liability. Can you just ignore the calls from the claims department and you won’t have a claim? How can they continue to have coverage and not comply?
