I had a very disappointing experience with AMAX. The customer service was extremely frustrating. The representatives were rude, not helpful, and seemed unwilling to actually assist with my concerns. They kept hanging up on me instead of trying to resolve the issue. I expected better communication and professionalism, but unfortunately, my experience was very negative. I would not recommend this company based on the way I was treated.
