Customer service was a zero. They was very rude and gave me 3 different rates for the same coverage. The reps there are not customer oriented.
I called in looking for the cheapest liability insurance, I spoke to agent Jocelyn, she was very helpful and helped me understand what my coverage covered and when my payments were next due. Definitely will recommend to anyone looking for insurance.
