Staff is polite however the liability insurance is way too high and they open at 9 when they should be open at 6-7 and I shouldn't have to pay an extra fee every 6 months just so I can continue to pay 94 dollars a month.. it's sad when you have to pay 200 dollars every 6 months just to give them 94 dollars a month. That's a ripoff..
I called for a quote cause my current insurance was already too high and wanted to go up again.. Ms Diana got me some amazing prices and she was so professional. Got me set with full coverage and about $100 cheaper!!! Thanks again! I totally recommend Ms Diana, she goes above and beyond. Check multiple companies for me and got me the best prices!! Shout out to you Ms. Diana for your professionalism, your amazing customer service, and just for being awesome!!
My experience in this office from "jennifer" was terrible and disappointing. Very Rude and unprofessional attitude today. Unable to service us with no reasons. If you are going to quote, avoid this third-party company and go direct to agent insurance company , save yourself money and time. I'm very happy I switched at the right time.
