لقد اضعت بمايقارب ساعه كامله لتجديد التامين علماً بان الموظفين ثلاثه وبحجه ان احدهم صاحب خبره والآخرين مبتدئين وفي الاخير لم يقومو بالخدمه المطلوبه انصح اي شخص بيروح لها الفرع اذا عندك شغل او مستعجل لاتجي الفرع هذا وايضاً لم اجد اهتمام او ترحيب بالعميل ارجو من الاداره النظر في هذا الفرع وتدريبهم على التعامل مع العملاء وقد قمت بزياره فرع اخر وقامو بالخدمه المطلوبه واشكرهم ولم استغرق عندهم خمس دقائق
