I initially thought I had called the Plano location, but somehow I was routed to Callista at the Waco office and I’m really glad I was. I had been feeling pretty overwhelmed with the car buying process, but Callista made the insurance part so much easier. She was extremely helpful, patient, and took the time to walk me through everything so I understood my options. I always go to her for any new updates for saving money for lower rates & she comes through every time , even with Full insurance Great customer service, professional and kind Always find me the best deals. They are hands on, I even called at the last minute to get my insurance card emailed to me while I was already pulled in to get my inspection done.
