They are lazy and do not want to answer the phone they forward all the calls so other amax places answer in different locations
My experience with Amax has been great!! They found me something I could afford, and always go the extra mile!! Dealt with Mrs Rona today and she was absolutely amazing. Patient, kind, and pleasant! I called right at closing, had a small hiccup with my card, and she patiently waited for it to resolve without making me feel rushed 1 time! THANK YOU RONA 4 ALL U DO!!
