Working with Kim at this location was an amazing experience, Kim took the time to explain the policy and was very knowledgeable with answering and explaining every question I had. Kim is a huge contributor to your organization.
I have used a Max for years now but recently had to make a bunch of changes on my policy. The agent alondra did a absolutely great job! She was very nice and professional and took care of everything I needed her to do in a timely manner. I will only be dealing with her from now on, if you want something done she gets it done!
