I had a simple request of trying to transfer my insurance from one vehicle to another. I had to call 5 times and each time I was put on hold then hung up on. On top of them claiming they can't find my policy from 2024 when I paid faithfully and on time every single month. How do you lose an insurance policy stored into your data system that I made monthly payments on. The girls that answer the phone only know how take a payment. They're very unprofessional and it's no wonder their employees are like revolving doors.
No professionalism what so ever. Didnt even get a quote from them. First time impression is everything when it comes to business.
