Spoke with a highly patient, professional, and understanding Iris today and even though I'm hard at understanding and slow at comprehending she went and above to take care of me. Saved me some money. An excellent hire.
I had a simple request of trying to transfer my insurance from one vehicle to another. I had to call 5 times and each time I was put on hold then hung up on. On top of them claiming they can't find my policy from 2024 when I paid faithfully and on time every single month. How do you lose an insurance policy stored into your data system that I made monthly payments on. The girls that answer the phone only know how take a payment. They're very unprofessional and it's no wonder their employees are like revolving doors.
No professionalism what so ever. Didnt even get a quote from them. First time impression is everything when it comes to business.
