When I called to set a date to cancel my insurance, these people cancelled it the day I called instead of the day I requested, resulting in a loss of insurance for 10 days. They said they would void the cancellation; they didn't. They issued "refund" check for far lower than the prorated amount due back to my old address, despite telling them I had moved states. When called to remedy that, Pearla was rude and angry and hung up on me while collecting my new address. They also charge quite a sizeable "cancellation fee". To be ... read more

Came to make a payment. She's telling me that she has to leave right now. She cannot take my payment 4:45. The place close at 7 o'clock. Not understanding that doesn't make any sense to do a customer like that. Take care of your business before you come to work. Not come to work, leave to take care of business when you have customers.
