My experience with Maria was great. It was like taking a walk at the park. Very helpful agent and knowledgeable. Very respectful. I strongly recommend. My call was absolutely stress free.
When I called to set a date to cancel my insurance, these people cancelled it the day I called instead of the day I requested, resulting in a loss of insurance for 10 days. They said they would void the cancellation; they didn't. They issued "refund" check for far lower than the prorated amount due back to my old address, despite telling them I had moved states. When called to remedy that, Pearla was rude and angry and hung up on me while collecting my new address. They also charge quite a sizeable "cancellation fee". To be ... read more
