I don't suggest you using this company to buy your insurance; they're not trustworthy and they don't tell you upfront what will be the cost of dealing with them. I bought an auto policy and cancelled it the next day less than 12 hours and when I called to cancel it, they never informed me that they'll be charging me $80 for their service. I don't think that they should be allow to steal from you so easy.

I've been with Amax for many years, but lately with all the changes it's been crazy. Now they're charging me to make payments, I asked them how can I avoid getting charged a convenience fee, they said make the payment online. It's a lie! Because I just got charged a fee for making the payment online. And you get on the app and they make you jump thru hoops. It's ridiculous and you still get charged. So either way you will be charged $5 to make your payment.
The agent that is in the back taking her break is very rude I don't have car insurance thru a max butu mom does
