I had to cancel a policy due to not being able to acquire my vehicle . I was promised a return policy cancellation with detailed paperwork, I was never given it and only received a text from Emily saying I’d get a refund in 3 to 6 weeks . From where? How much? Will it be returned to my payment source?They are very unprofessional and tell you anything to get you off the phone. Please don’t do business with them. I’m out of 2000 dollars with no paperwork or promise that I’m actually getting it back,
Quick and easy. Aaron did the shopping for me which was a huge relief, they also make each other laugh that's always nice. Highly recommend!!!!
