On May 22, 2023 10:13am. I recently visited your office to pay my car insurance, and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the customer service I received. The young lady at the front desk did not greet me with a “good morning” or a smile—there was no warmth or acknowledgment at all. I handed her my information and card, and she processed the payment without saying thank you.
