On May 22, 2023 10:13am. I recently visited your office to pay my car insurance, and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the customer service I received. The young lady at the front desk did not greet me with a “good morning” or a smile—there was no warmth or acknowledgment at all. 02/17/2025 I have called multiple times this week. And today I've called several times. Once I heard some girl laughing and then the other few times to get hung up on. I've continually have asked for my insurance card to be sent. I am paying for a service and for you to do your job. But They quick to take that money.
