Mrs. Sandra the manager at Grissom rd suite 106 San Antonio Texas location is super helpful kind and polite. I’ve been with a-max for 7 years and I’ve never seen someone like Mrs. Sandra be so sincere , Persistent in helping me get my documents together. She made me feel like a person instead of a customer.
Should be a no star this is the worse low class second chance insurance agency whom hires bottom of the barrel employees from the crappiest temp agencies to provide customer service.
Amax employees are great, but the service is not fair, I was paying my bill early every month, then one month I had trouble with my card any way I didn't receive my new card until Monday the 7th ,my bill was be due on the 6th whitch was on a Sunday, so I couldn't even get in touch with the company, when I went in early that Monday, they told me I had to pay double, my name is Anthony McKenzie in San Antonio a former loyal customer
