Great customer services
I've been with this company for over 2 years & never really had any problems until now. I usually pay in person but sometimes I pay by phone but the past couple times I called to make a payment I got someone from Laredo who spoke broken English & talked so fast I couldn't keep up,this was really upsetting b/c I don't live in Laredo I live in Corpus Christi TX!!! What's up with that, apparently this ofc doesn't give a damn about their customers so I guess I'll have to start looking for another company.
