If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst place I’ve had to deal with regarding assistance. To start of Jovita quoted me for a coverage I did not ask for I was clear what I wanted. Prior to making my payment upon receiving my insurance documents to sign I saw that Jovita did not provide me the exact coverage I wanted. I immediately asked for a refund.
