All I have to say is deceptive practices. Calls do not go to local agents. Cynthia in Conroe answered the phone call and asked for payment upfront and questions later. Very unhappy with how this insurance has handled my policy.
The manager Jackie was extremely helpful. I went in to get a quote, and left with my car insured.
