Ok, the manager had problem with her trainee. Unprofessional behavior.
The dumbest thing I ever did for seven months straight was continue to use this provider when you signing everyone’s happy and helpful but once you walk out that door, you are on your own every single time I called and needed assistance with something they were rude. Every single person that ever answered the phone. They were rude. Some people not knowledgeable at all. Horrible service!!! In the middle of getting the worst customer service from Diana, a rat runs across the back of the office and she acts like it’s normal!!!! Never again returning to this office!!!!
