WORST Insurance company EVER!! They made a mistake costing me $437 to be deducted from my account on Friday 7/4, causing all sorts of chaos over the 3-day weekend. Their idea of making it right is making me wait 7-10 days for a check. This is the 3rd time this company's mistakes have cost me HUNDREDS of dollars. And I get a bunch of I don't knows, and I'll have a manager call you. But management doesn't have any answers or solutions either!!
One thing is for sure that I can say is that if you need a quick insurance place AMAX is real quick when they offer the best help when needed, so don't hesitate to check them out!!!
