No wedding day videographer, never notified us in advance after months of planning and payment, was never told until the day after our wedding day. The one thing I wanted was a video of my wedding day to share with my future children, a memory I will never be able to get back. Absolutely devastating. Recently got married in Maui (Sept 30, 2024) with Sandra and her team being my wedding planner. Wedding was planned less than a year and was surprised that everything went smoothly as everyone was telling me it takes over a year to plan.
