Giving them one star is too much in my opinion. My step mother paid them 2500 in March 2023 to deep clean, declutter and organize her home. She’s STILL waiting for it to be done. Multiple messages sent and all we get is we will get it done or someone will be over to reevaluate. Eric is a crook, liar and a thief. Took her money and ran. Don’t use them. The cleaners did a good job but the management was frustrating and dysfunctional! They never informed me when my next appointment was with the cleaner. I’d call and sometimes talk to a person other times leave a message but in both situations I never got an answer. Then out of the blue I’d get a text saying the cleaner would arrive in 30 minutes. I tried and tried to explain to the schedulers how important it was to schedule with me ahead of time so I could plan and be ready for the cleaner and it never worke... read more
I never had this company clean for me, but I was a previous employee that fell victim to the scams the owner pulls off. I quit because my paycheck bounced. What company writes out a payroll check that will bounce?? I never received my last paystub although I asked the owner for it, and the last check wasn't even signed so I had to waste my time to get the check signed by one of his employees. A year ago I signed a contract to have this company declutter my home; sending items to trash, donate or keep. When complete, they were to do a thorough deep cleaning, including shampooing carpets, washing windows, mopping floors, etc.. I had various people come in for 1-3 hours each on three occasions ( though several weeks separated each visit) and they did as contracted as far as sorting went, in part of the house. Then no one ever came back, nor did anyone contact me to explain why no one returned.. My home was only part... read more
