VERY disappointed! I called Paul because we had a strong creosote odor the day after an evening fire. He said with confidence that it was caused by the type of wood the former home owner had burned, specifically shaggy bark pine. He said a cleaning followed by us burning oak would cure the problem. So he cleaned it, I paid him, and he said to call him if we had any more problems. Great service, honest business and great prices!
You will be uplifted that there is still honesty and integrity in our city . He spent time to educate us on how to maintain our fireplace. You will not regret hiring Paul,he is one of the good guys. We are thankful to him....we learned a lot.
Paul was fantastic! I bought my home 3 years ago, and we have been using our fireplace pretty regularly. Wasn't sure when and/or if it needed to be swept out. Paul has two charges, one for the service call, and a flat rate for the sweep. Paul could have said I needed a sweep, and I wouldn't have known the difference. MY god,if they were all like Paul,the service industry would be a breeze...So good,since paul said no sweep is needed,he sealed my roof for 140 wow...Than Paul said he had a concrete coating company in Prescott for 17 yrs.and he would chip system epoxy my garage for half the cost...I love this guy and you will to...17yrs.and he has no complaints...thank you
