This company doesn't really care about the customer, its all about money for them. They don't really know plumbing, either, or they have a practice of ripping people off. They tried to get me to buy a whole new water tank, and I simply did not need it, another plumber came to my house, and worked on it, and the issue is fixed. I guess I should have figured something was wrong when the guy they sent out wouldn't even get under the house, just wrote a huge estimate.
