To be perfectly honest overall not a great massage experience for me, but it was a gamble since it was a last minute appointment and I appreciated the late hours and their willingness to take a walk-in appointment, which is what I needed after travel and work and a flare-up of back pain. I appreciated that the therapist checked in frequently about pressure and when I pointed to where I was hurting the therapist shifted their focus to that spot.
