I read the previous reviews only to find out the bad ones are from people who are angry at life . I hired Marchon pool service, which came from a recommendation from my neighbor, Ron knows his business and pools.
These guys have been our pool cleaning service for the last 6 months. Our pool is a swamp! Dead chipmunks, leaves, green algae, crap... Pool has been UN-swimable for 4 months. But they still charge us and took our money. They have not cleaned the pool in 4 months. They keep saying that they are busy and will get out here "Sometime". We now have to find a new pool company to have the pool drained and acid washed before we can ever use it again.
I never had a problem with the quality of his work, but I was a stay at home Mom. What I did have a problem with was his ethics. He sold our pools service to some random guy (who we fired after a few cleanings because it was obvious he didn't know or care about what he was doing). Ron never told us he sold accounts and we thought he was out of the business, only to find him hustling up new work from a new neighbor. What is he up to ?
Ron Marchon is a rude person and a scammer. Charged me up front for pool service I never received. Didn't show up, pool was filthy and stole my money. Just your common theif, and then proceeded to call me names. If you want to throw some money away call RON MARCHON.
This guy knows his stuff. I have had many pool men before and Marchon pool service really knows what he is doing. I have a salt water system and Ron fixed the problem. It seems that the last pool guy never had an idea and kept adding salt to the pool. Well Ron came cleaned the salt cell and drained the pool, added fresh water and the correct amount of salt. I now have a Happy wife,and a great pool service that knows his stuff Thanks again to Marchon Pool service
SIMPLY THE BEST FOR THE MONEY. RON THE OWNER CAME TO MY HOUSE, EXPLAINED SO I COULD UNDERSTAND. I HIRED HIM AND SO DID MY NEIGHBOR. HONEST AND RELIABLE THANKS FOR THE DIAMOND POOL RON JANET
