Took money from me and told me several times she would reverse the payment and never did. Horrible.
HORRIBLE MANNERS. DO NOT come here. The owner/sole employee rescheduled 4 times, never sent a confirmation and only communicates through text. She made me wait 45 minutes in the waiting room, then left the door open and chatted with another customer while she did my lashes. Less than a day from the appointment, the lashes began to fall out and twist and poke against my eyelids. She claimed that she would reschedule me and completely STOPPED responding. Facial was pure bliss. Not a regular thing for me, but I'm now hooked!
Worse experience ever. She forgot about appointment twice. When I came to first appointment and she was not there, but i understand things can happened I plan. So i rescheduled appointment and send text to confirm and when i came she was not here again. Will not recommend to anyone who value his time.
