I cannot say enough good things – Chris from A&M saved me. When my car stalled out in the middle of a busy, six-lane street I was by myself, and incredible scared and overwhelmed. As a woman in her 30s, I felt vulnerable and concerned for my safety. I was put through the ringer with Audi roadside assistance for several hours, with no relief or actual assistance. The lady at the desk is the most wonderful & helpful!!! It was so clean and she was able to get everything done so quickly
Mr. Montez was very helpful in a number of different ways. The service that I requested was for a tow, due to a flat tire. He offered to put on a spare or donut if I had one readily available (which I did not). Secondly, he offered to take me to a location other than the one that I had requested originally. Being that it was getting pretty late, he knew a place that was true 24\7 location, which was exactly what I needed. It was cold outside and he kept the cabin nice and warm during the ride. Great job towing that sovereign citizens car 🤣🤣
If I could give zero stars I would. The guy at the front desk was very unprofessional and rude! There were no signs displayed in the office of towing rates. I paid $400 to get my car back from being towed to A&M after an accident.
