Had to wait a while for a driver to arrive, but he was very helpful.
If you get into an accident just trying to release your vehicle to your insurance company if your car is In their possession they will give u the run around . Even if you call ahead stating you’ll be there a certain time to grab your belongings they will make you wait 30 minutes plus to retrieve anything from your car . Highly unprofessional it’s like I’m already in an enough pain due to my accident and they make stuff more difficult then what it needs to be .
