If you get into an accident just trying to release your vehicle to your insurance company if your car is In their possession they will give u the run around . Even if you call ahead stating you’ll be there a certain time to grab your belongings they will make you wait 30 minutes plus to retrieve anything from your car . Highly unprofessional it’s like I’m already in an enough pain due to my accident and they make stuff more difficult then what it needs to be . Omg I am so grateful they actually came out late at night and help us so much totally recommend them
They are abaolutely HORRIBLE!!! Awful customer service, dismissive, ive seen qnd heard horrible things about how employees are treated "less than", and things go missing from customers cars even before being impounded. Prices are way too high!! Never will i go to this joke of an establishment again!!
