I called them to buy boxes and tapes and Customer Services was a crap. Pretty bad service and no information. I will never go there again.
The lobby is permanently closed, there is $150 minimum order and you have to know exactly what you want. FAIL
If you have 45 minutes to wait for your package pickup, then this is the place for you. Extremely long waits, every single time.
Great people, great customer service. They’ve been one of the best for a long time.
