Unfortunatley this is the only game in town and they must know that. The website looks like it was designed by a ten year old and none of the box size search works. You have to scroll through hundreds of sizes to find what you need either though the LxWxH search is right at the top. Try it out, it never works. Very long wait times to have phone calls answered . No more walk in front counter since Covid. No flexibility when dealing with small businesses / orders wanting to be picked up locally. Thank you for nothing SupplyOne Sunrise location. I managed to call around and find what I needed at another vendor. Interestingly, enough, the $150 minimum curbside pick up rule is pushing customers away as the other vendors have heard the same story and complaint. Order products, was given the wrong box size and had to drive the 45 mins back to be told we actually don’t have that box even though it was marked ready for pick up. Told it was on order and that it’s just not available! Totally unacceptable! If you order from them make sure to check your order before leaving! Never again!! I’ll make sure to drive out my way even longer to not have to deal with the inconvenience and incompetence!!!!
EDIT BASED ON RESPONSE BELOW: No, the website do not say anything about minimums and actually you are able to buy whatever quantity you want. That how I ordered 16 rolls! ORIGINAL REVIEW: Horrible customer service. I called them to make sure they have in stock what I needed. The guy in the phone told me I needed to reach their minimum qty which is $150, so I asked for some Tape, he confirmed my order and when I was there to pick up the order, the didn't want to proceed because they said I need it to buy 20 more rolls of tape... read more
I called them to buy boxes and tapes and Customer Services was a crap. Pretty bad service and no information. I will never go there again.
