Had a ceiling fan that would not work. Andy came just a few hours after I called. He magically flipped a switch on the wall in the fan worked. Apparently it was on a dimmer, and the dimmer was at the bottom. When I asked him what I owed him for a service call, he said no charge. I didn’t do anything. He was so nice. You can bet. We will call him again when we have an electrical need.
