I've taken small engines to them for years and their rates and service are good, but I just called up to see if they had a tool and had a pretty weird interaction. They said they didn't anymore due to "people not respecting them", then abruptly hung up. I'm sure the place is still fine, just hope you get the other guy when you call...
Asked if I could bring in a 16 hp Kolher engine that wasn't working. I got told that they are very busy and don't have time for it but for me to find out what is wrong with the engine then bring it to them,tell them exactly what is wrong,then they'll fix it. Older guy,very bad attitude, very dismissive. If I knew what was wrong with the darn engine, I wouldn't be call them.
Excellent experience here every time I go! Helpful friendly knowledgeable and well stocked. Good prices too!
