Do not give them your business If you are renting.They are dishonest people and forget about getting your deposit money back because they will come up with stupid reasons to not give your deposit money back.I had a bad experience dealing with them.
They are the worst property management company I've ever worked with. It's all gotten continually worse since the owner Jim died and they let Suzie go. I'm a property owner and it took them over 7 months to reconcile my account after I canceled my services with them. And that was because I called them about it and informed them they never sent me the check and paperwork.
