Harold B. came out to do a professional inspection on my mother’s house. He is extremely thorough, professional and knowledgeable. He is focused on creating a relationship and this really shows. He took the time to sit down with me and my mom to go over the findings, listened and answered any questions that we had. I also had the opportunity to see his crew work on a house across the street. Professional from day one through the end of the job! Answered tons of questions, gave me extra time to think through various decisions as well. I have dogs so was VERY thoughtful abt their comfort level during the repair, making suggestions keeping them in mind. Also picked up well after their install so as to avoid injuries.
A&M are all great people and stay behind their product and their word. They helped us through a very long ordeal with an insurance company that tried everything to avoid paying out on our claim. The end result is a wonderful new roof, gutters, and siding that make our home look new! Thank you Mandolyn, Andres, and Myrna!
