I’ve never experienced discrimination like I have with this property management company. I was told by leasing agent that he’s able to eyeball an application and tell if it’s a denial. Our application was never ran through the system. He just looked at it and said we were denied based off what he can tell, stated paperwork seems like it wasn’t legit and he didn’t feel like we were telling the truth. They took our application fee as well as background fee and then denied us anyways. I have called several times and left a nume... read more
the property is trashed. Garbage EVERYWHERE. Customers are messy leaving their trash when they’re done but obviously no one is cleaning to maintain the property.
SLOW, bad access, people taking over 15 min to wash.
