Very unprofessional. Your privacy will get violated, they will reach out to other family members about a private matter & share private information without approval. Truly embarrassing. At a point in time they were sufficient and professional. Now i am certainly appalled of how they handle situations. I will not recommend my family nor friends to go here anymore.
