Poorest service I have ever received. Avoid these hotels. Their District Manger, Ferris, hung up on me and sent my follow up calls to voicemail. They have no idea what hospitality means. No reply from corporate office after leaving message for Malik, one of the owners. Apparently, they just don't care.
