Ann has been wonderful! We're so glad we found her! My mom had several bad experiences with other hearing services and was so unhappy with her hearing aids. From her first visit with Ann, things rapidly improved. Ann has patiently worked with her to solve any issues and always finds time to fit her into her schedule. We definitely recommend them for all your hearing aid needs.
Every now and then you encounter a business that still provides the personal service that existed when we "baby boomers" were much younger. Ann and Bonnie at A & M are true, caring, professionals in their field. They won''t try to sell you the item that pushes the most profit to the bottom line and move on to the next customer. They will take the time to evaluate your situation and work with you on the best one to suit your needs. If you need a hearing professional, go see them.
It's been a while since I've lived in the AV but this is the place you want to go for hearing aids. They are so nice and kind here and I have nothing but great memories of my visits here.
This business and the people that run it are GR8! I would recommend them to ANYONE!
