The owner came out measured the window himself cut it to the exact size went back and ordered my glass and when the glass come in he brought it back out and put it in my window
Product was great but the customer service is lacking. The man is quite rude.
Ol Sparky is a pretty good guy. Bought several windows off of him in the past....they always fit just like they should!!! Just bought 4 windows the other day....I am hoping with this good review I might get a discount on the rest of them????????
