I had a good experience with this company and will use them again. I had an emergency situation with our M630 MF unit, for months we got a maintenance kit low warning, we bought the kit, but was unable to call a tech for assistance to install it, as we had unreliable personnel issues to staff the office due to an employee's family's health problems. Upon the hiring of a new employee, we were finally able to deal with the issue, and AM cooperated in sending someone on an emergent basis due to my concern (not of their making) ... read more
