I love working with the Oak Ridge, TN location. They are always so professional and friendly. I loved the new Camry and it had sticker on it that said it was ready, but it was so dirty. I talked to associate JT and asked him: "Why do you all not wash these cars anymore?" He told me that he could get it washed for me right quick. I had to leave for an appointment and told him that I couldn't right now but next time they put sticker hanging off window to please make sure car is really ready. After my appt.
