I called on a Friday at 2:30pm and quickly received a call back about an issue that was not a big deal- we needed to replace a garbage disposal switch. The secretary I spoke with said somebody could come the same day, and I said that would be fine but we needed to leave by 5pm. I was happy to wait until the following week if necessary. The electrician was actually able to get to us by 4:30, which at the time was great! But then I was charged a 50% premium for an "after hours call".
