I’ve come here before and everything went well, except this last time. I went yesterday to pick up 2 of my puffer jackets and they completely messed up and ruined one of them. They left ugly stains all over the right side of my jacket. They tried brushing me off and rushing me to get out. When I asked if I could at least get a discount if they couldn’t fix what THEY DID WRONG, their response was “it’s not noticeable when you wear it & no it wasn’t my fault” And told me to have a good day. HORRIBLE!!! I spent about $30 so they can hem my dress just for it to still be super long and it was not trimmed like we talked about!!!!! So upset I need that refund.
