Would be a rating of “0” if possible. They have had a family members car for 4 years and asked for money to order parts but the only thing that has been done in 4 years is sanding it down. Left the sanded vehicle outside in the elements for 2 years and now has rusted areas that were not there originally. Never repeat never calls to give updates. We have to stop by unannounced to see if anything has been done. Looks like legal action is the next step.
We stopped by to chat about some issues we're having with our newly acquired 1966 Buick LeSabre. Not only did the owner opportunity greet us but promptly pulled out parts books and determined what he thought maybe the problem. Both my husband and I appreciated the time he spent with us. If we ever need something done, I'll have his business card on hand! I have no doubt he treats all customers with the same kind of respect. I was thrilled to find someone who is willing to work on vintage cars!
Had my truck for 5 months and never got to fixing it. Which i can understand if you keep me up to date about, but I had to call and stop by just to see what was going on. Kept saying they woild get to it that week. Then broke my brand new shifter on my steering column.
