Had a great experience at this shop. My car looks great after they fixed both sides from 2 different wrecks. They made it a very easy process. I have no complaints and will definitely be coming back if it’s ever needed. If you are looking for a place to get your vehicle repaired I highly recommend this shop. Very disappointed with the customer service. State Farm recommended I go here for evaluation after I was rear ended. The girl at the counter was rude, off putting, and did not listen to anything I said. She came outside took a picture of my bumper and said "I will write you an estimate". I asked if she was going to check the six sensors on the bumper, and the sensor underneath for opening the trunk. She said "they are probably fine" and "they will check them during the repairs." I stopped in with a problem on my front air dam, and they fixed it up on the spot, with no charge! Awesome people-- highly recommend!
Recently had a minor ding and paint repair to my 25 chevy. they did a great job. Paint matches the factory paint very well. The quote was spot on and I didn't have to pay out of pocket other than my deductible. I didnt have to wait long to get my truck in and repaired. I was told how long they would have my truck and they were spot on. They communicated daily on the progress. The staff were very friendly and professional. Excellent customer service! Thanks A & M!
