When I first start seeing Dr. Anca I was in a very poor place physically with pain and an incredible number of trigger points in my shoulders, back, and neck from a sports related injury. This was my first ever acupuncture treatment. From the first moment I walked in the door until I left, I felt that I was in the hands of someone I could trust 100%. The appointment began on time and the waiting room and treatment rooms were very comfortable. The necessary paperwork was handled very professionally. Never had much faith in accupuncture before, but this place got me to change my tune. I am amazed we have access to someone like Dr. Marinescu here in Milford. She is intelligent and investigative in her approach, willing to listen as well as ask questions, and able to consider things from both a western medicine and tcm perspective.
I found the entire experience to be pleasant, professional, and importantly, very effective. From the moment I stepped in the door till I left, both the receptionist and the doctor were clear, friendly, and thorough. I can very much recommend this practice.
I’ve had chronic leg, knee, and back pain that has kept me very immobile for over 2 years. After a couple sessions with Dr. Anca, my pain was significantly improved and I’ve slowly started walking longer distances. I’ve had 4 sessions with her so far and I plan to continue.
