GIRL if you DO NOT book with her you are MISSING OUT. First off - this is the most BEAUTIFUL set of nails I have EVER had on. She made them extra special for my Saturday birthday evening! She even gave me a discount BECAUSE it's a special evening and she KNOWS I'll be coming back every few weeks! Elaine goes over every step carefully and is able to tell you what options are good/ which are mid-tier and which are bad.
